For those embarking on the micro-dose journey, it is essential to understand what you are getting yourself into. Most people find themselves looking online and researching from other’s experience on how to do it, how much to take, and how often. Additionally, many other questions or concerns may arise that can leave one feeling confused, frustrated, overwhelmed or unsupported.

The proper guidance, support and coaching can assist in accelerating the integration of this work while also helping you see your blindspots and keeping you accountable. You don’t have to do this alone!

Throughout the duration of this program, safety will be priority #1. Consistent communication and check-ins will be essential, especially as we navigate medicine dosage over 12-weeks. With the guidance and support also comes the safety of the container that we build together that will allow for the expression for you to be authentic, honest, and open to what shows up for you as you expand into this process.

This is a hybrid program that focuses both on personal and spiritual development. Think of this as a coaching program on “steroids”, but instead of “juicing” we are using another tool to assist you in cultivating accelerated results. We will be complimenting the micro-dose experience with introducing tools, techniques, and various exercises to challenge the mind and the way that it thinks, behaves, and reacts. In doing so, you will get to uncover thoughts, beliefs, and patterns about yourself that will allow you to become aware of what might be limiting you from having great health, wealth, relationships, or fulfillment.
